DAILY USE: (minimum 2 times per week): Dry or normal hair: After washing your hair with any of the shampoos in the Anyeluz line, apply the therapy from the roots to the tips and leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water.
OILY OR COMBINATION HAIR: Before washing your hair (it doesn't matter if your hair is dirty), apply from the roots to the tips and leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse with any of the shampoos in the Anyeluz line.
