Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order at any time before we have shipped it, you will receive a 100% refund within 2-3 business days. We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Shipping Damage Refund Policy
RUUFE takes the utmost care to ensure that your package is dispatched and delivered to the carrier in perfect condition. In the rare event that a shipment has been damaged in transit, RUUFE will gladly replace the damaged item upon receipt of photos of the damage. If we no longer have this item in stock, we will send you an agreed alternative of equal or greater value.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since successful delivery, and you have not reported any damaged or opened packages, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns and exchanges
- If you need to return or exchange an item, please email support@ruufe.com and we will take care of it. Please reference your order number or invoice number in all correspondence.
- Returns and payments will be processed within 24-48 hours after contacting our friendly representative. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (card, Paypal, Afterpay).
- There are no restocking or processing fees.
- If RUUFE considers the product to be damaged, defective or the wrong item, there will be no additional shipping costs.
- If the reason for returning the item is due to a change of mind, the product is no longer relevant or there is insufficient evidence to suggest Ruufe is at fault, then the outbound shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer/recipient is obliged to cover the return shipping costs.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.

RUUFE is not responsible for damages or losses caused by the condition of the products due to problems with the carrier.
We would like to remind you that RUUFE operates exclusively as a digital sales channel, and therefore we do not assume any responsibility or compensation related to delays, damages or adverse conditions in packages delivered by third parties. In the event that a product arrives in poor condition or presents risks such as cuts or injuries, RUUFE will not be liable.
