Shipping and delivery policy
All orders will take approximately 1-3 business days to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 3-8 business days after the order is processed, while international delivery takes approximately 8-15 business days (depending on the country). Please note that delivery time will vary during holidays.
IMPORTANT:
- We are not responsible if a package was stolen from your property or could not be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect information. We will also not be responsible if you are not home or there is no one to receive the package at the time of delivery. Please remember to enter the correct shipping details when making the payment. - Fedex or DHL service is a door-to-door service. This means that your package will be left at your door and will not be delivered in person. We are not responsible if Fedex or DHL does not take a photographic record at the time of delivery of the package.
- Please note that any change of address once the package has been dispatched will incur an additional cost.
- If you require the package to be delivered to the recipient with signature authorization, be sure to contact us to request instructions from Fedex.
- If a shipment requires an indirect, direct, or adult signature, and a delivery attempt is made but no one is there to sign for the package, the driver will leave a label on the recipient's door.
